Customers needing to modify their order are advised to initiate a cancellation and place a new order with the desired changes.
Once an order has been processed and dispatched, cancellations or modifications may be subject to additional shipping fees, and order cancellations are subject to KC Gadget’s policy. Customized or personalized orders are not eligible for cancellation once they have entered the production stage.
Shipping and Delivery
KC Gadget offers shipping services exclusively within Peninsular Malaysia (Semenanjung Malaysia). Currently, they do not ship to Sabah, Sarawak, and Labuan.
Estimated delivery times are 3-5 working days. Orders are committed to dispatch within 3 working days.
KC Gadget partners with Gdex for all deliveries within Peninsular Malaysia due to its reliability and efficiency.
KC Gadget will work with the shipping carrier to locate the package, and customers may be eligible for a replacement or refund if the package cannot be located.
Customers may request an order cancellation within 2 hours of placing the order for efficient processing.
Orders are processed and shipped on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays in Malaysia). Orders placed after the specified cut-off time will be processed the next business day, with the cut-off time communicated on the website.
