Delivery Times
Peninsular Malaysia (Semenanjung Malaysia): Estimated delivery times are 3-5 working days. These are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery times. We are committed to dispatching your order within 3 working days after receiving it.
Preferred Courier Service
Courier Service: KC Gadget partners with Gdex for all deliveries within Peninsular Malaysia. Gdex is chosen for its reliability and efficiency in delivering packages across the region.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are determined based on the size, weight, and destination of the order within Peninsular Malaysia. The total cost will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process.
Order Processing
Business Days: Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays in Malaysia).
Cut-off Times: Orders placed after the specified cut-off time will be processed the next business day. The cut-off time is communicated on our website.
Lost or Damaged Goods
Reporting Damages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact KC Gadget customer service immediately with photographic evidence of the damage. Claims for damaged goods must be made within a specified period after receiving the order.
Lost Shipments: If an order is lost in transit, KC Gadget will work with the shipping carrier to locate the package. The customer may be eligible for a replacement or refund if the package cannot be located, subject to KC Gadget’s discretion.
